DEPOSIT: Upon approval of booking, a 25% deposit is required, and another 50% percent deposit at least 30 days prior to the event. However, if the booking is less than 30 days prior to the event a 50% deposit is required.
CANCELLATION: If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to event, 10% of the deposit will be deducted. However, a 50% forfeiture of deposit will be charged if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event.
Regular Check-In and Check-Out Time is 12:00nn.
Please observe Quiet Time from 10:00pm – 7:00am. Please refrain from roaming around the campus within the said hours. APTS is first and foremost a school and a community with residents and students living therein.
Meals need to be reserved ahead of time. Please observe the APTS standard meal times:
Breakfast 7:00am-7:45am
Lunch 12:00nn-1:00pm
Dinner/Supper 5:00pm-5:45pm
Special meal times can be arranged with the Food Service Manager.
Guests are requested to check in and out during regular business hours. Payment for this bills incurred is required when check-in in. If you find that you must vacate your room outside of regular business hours, any additional charges are to be settled at the Housing Office or Business Office the day before your departure.

You may leave your keys in the room locked or to the guard-on-duty.
Guests with children and/or young people staying in the dorms are required to have a Dorm Supervisor who is responsible in making sure that quiet times and other guidelines are strictly followed.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in acceptable Christian Social and Moral Standards. PLEASE NOTE THAT APTS IS A NON-SMOKING CAMPUS AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, ILLEGAL DRUGS, AND THE LIKE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES. Note: That any voilation will be charged accordingly.
Guests/Groups are legally responsible for any damage to property or equipment incurred from their use of the facility as well as for the safety and projection of the general public.
A responsible member of the group must assist the Security Guard in assuring that only recognized persons are admitted as members/guest to the event and to verify when all such persons have left the campus following its conclusion.
Guests are required to observe cleanliness in the area and shall be responsible for keeping the place clean and free of all garbage, equipment, furniture, and props after the function.
Heavy props and cameras mounted on the wall or ceiling is expressly prohibited.
Making/digging holes and picking of flowers in the garden are strictly prohibited.
Regular rates are from July to October.
Peak rates are from November to June.
