	Ministerial Background Before coming to APTS, Galen pastored in Missouri and California, USA, and taught at Vanguard University, Evangel University, Central Bible College, and the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He is ordained with the Southern California District of the Assemblies of God, USA.
	Areas of Research Interest, Writings and Teaching Galen has written several articles in journals in the area of New Testament, especially related to 1 Corinthians. He has also written for popular religious periodicals.
	Family and Personal Interest Galen and his wife Dickie have two children and five grandchildren. During part of the year Galen and Dickie travel and teach in other countries. Since coming to APTS they have taught or ministered in Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Mongolia, Russia, Fiji, Samoa, New Zealand, Bangladesh, Angola, and of course the Philippines.
