* ROOM PAYMENT
> Payment for your room will be expected at check-in. Each room, dorm or apartment must also pay a deposit of PhP 1,000 to be refunded at check-out if nothing has been damaged or missing.
> If guest is not able to check-out during business hours, the deposit will be sent through mail or bank transfer minus PhP 100 for handling fees.
