Apostolic Faith Mission of South Africa
(Mathew Clark has been an ordained pastor of the Apostolic Faith Mission of SA since January, 1973. He pastored churches in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) from 1973 to 1980, and has been a lecturer at the AFM Theological College in Auckland Park, Johannesburg, since 1984. He is currently Head of Department, New Testament, at that College. He as a BA in Bible Languages, a BD, a DTh in Systematic Theology (a pentecostal critique of Moltmann’s political theology) and a DTh in New Testament (pentecostal hermeneutics). He is an elected member of the Committee for Doctrine, Ethics and Liturgy of the AFM of SA, as well as an appointed member of the Curatorium of that denomination. He also lectures Classical Culture at Rand Afrikaans University, Johannesburg. He has conducted seminars for church leaders in many African countries, including Mauritius, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Zambia. In secular life he has been a computer analyst-programmer, and still has an inordinate fondness for hard science-fiction.)
